Purpose: learning techniques and techniques of lean production.

RESULTS OF PARTICIPANTS
· The level of knowledge and skills of the participants will be diagnosed – "Zero Kilometer".
· Learn the order in production.
· They will study the "5S" technology.
· There will be a full cycle of production.
· Master the basic rules of conduct, personal protective equipment.
· Get detailed ideas about the work at face value.
· They will study the safety system at work.
· They will master the standards of technological process.
· They will learn how to carry out intermediate assessment according to standards.
· Get acquainted with the ANDON system (work to prevent defects in production).
· The principle of Bon Direct (immediately and well).
· Will study T.P.M.(General maintenance).
· Master the basics of quality assurance in production.
· Work out the method of structural analysis of Ishikawa (methods of solving problems).
