Purpose: study of anti-crisis measures to prevent bankruptcy and study of the protection of creditor's rights in bankruptcy proceedings.

· They will study crisis management measures and bankruptcy as the only safe way to write off debts.
· They will study the risks associated with the bankruptcy of the enterprise.
· They will master the preparation for bankruptcy.
· They will understand the fate of the company's property in bankruptcy.
· They realize whether it is necessary to take an active part in the bankruptcy procedure of the debtor.
· They will study the meeting of creditors as a management body for bankruptcy proceedings.
· We will analyze the strategies for working with the arbitration manager.
· They will form an idea of measures to counter unscrupulous bankrupts or what the Federal Law "Insolvency (Bankruptcy)" is "silent" about.
