1. RECRUITMENT
Purpose: Training in recruitment function.

Duration – 8 ak. p.

PARTICIPANT RESULTS

· Get an idea of the stages of recruitment.
· Make a profile of the vacancy and a list of tools for evaluating the candidate.
· We will consider strategies for finding candidates: open and closed sources.
· They will learn how to conduct a quick selection on the resume.
· They will study the technology of conducting competency interviews.
· Identify the main errors of the initial assessment and ways to overcome them.
· They will form the ability to give feedback on the results of the interview.

2. PERSONNEL TRAINING
Purpose: development of methodological skills for corporate training.

Duration – 8 ak. p.

PARTICIPANT RESULTS

· Identify the main available corporate training methods and their effectiveness.
· They will study the model of adult learning – the Flask cycle.
· They will understand what group dynamics are, as well as in connection with what, it changes.
· Get acquainted with the classical structure of the training.
· Learn to conduct the basic elements of the training (warm-up, problematization, theoretical material, exercises for working out, analysis of exercises, feedback, conclusions, control of assimilation of the material).
· They will understand the principle of working with complex participants and work it out in practice.

3. ADAPTATION OF PERSONNEL AND FORMATION OF LOYALTY
Purpose: mastering the tools of adaptation and formation of employee loyalty.

Duration – 8 ak. p.

PARTICIPANT RESULTS

· We will consider the matrix of adaptation: who, whom, when and how adapts.
· They will study the types of adaptation, their features and criteria for success.
· Get acquainted with the stages of adaptation of employees, taking into account different types. Determine the areas of responsibility at each stage.
· Develop effective adaptation tools taking into account their capabilities and corporate policy of the organization.
· They will work out in practice the use of various tools, analyze the conditions for their effectiveness.
· They will learn how to assess the success of employee adaptation.
· Develop their own plan for the adaptation of personnel.
· Get acquainted with the levels and signs of employee loyalty.
· They will learn to determine the loyalty of employees.
· Develop tools and their own plan to increase the loyalty of the organization's staff.
